Do you have an office here in Visayas or Mindanao?
We serve the entire country from our warehouse facility in Pasay City, just minutes from the Manila International Airport. You can send items to us using any courier, like LBC or JRS Express. We’ll process it and get it on a plane for you, making sending internationally just as easily as sending locally.
Can I get a list of all prices to all countries for all sizes?
Our prices are discounted based on the prices of our biggest partner, DHL. You can visit https://dct.dhl.com and look up prices there or download their pricing sheet. Take off 30% and you’ll have the price of our fastest service. Need it priced lower and shipped slower? Take off 45% and you’ll have our economy service which is still carried by DHL but not offered to anyone else. You can only get it through BOB.
Can I set up a corporate account?
You don’t need one with BOB. We offer the same great service to everyone. But over time, our staff will get to know your needs and preferences. Try a few shipments and you will see the difference.
How long does it take?
Our express service gets packages delivered in 3 to 5 days to most countries. Economy service takes 14 to 21 transit days. Our tracking information will give more precise delivery estimates once the package is in motion so you know when items are expected to arrive.
How do I pay?
We accept online payments via PayPal, GCash, Instapay transfer from any bank, and BPI Online Transfer. Cash payments are accepted at BPI branches nationwide and by GCash. For economy service we add a 4% charge for PayPal credit card payments to keep the pricing affordable for all.
How do I get my package picked up?
We schedule on-demand pickups Monday through Saturday using our local partners. Pickups are free for shipments 5 kg and above.
Isn’t shipping by air expensive?
It doesn’t have to be. BOB will get your packages onto the same plane and delivered by the same couriers those stores in the malls use, but for 35% to 50% less.
Will my recipient be charged duties and taxes on every shipment?
Not in every country. Some, like the United States and Australia, have very generous de minimis values below which no duty or tax will be charged. We know and gladly share our knowledge for the countries we ship to most. If we think there will be duties, taxes, or fees at the destination country, we’ll tell you.
What if another company already said my items were prohibited?
We have researched and shipped hundreds of unique products including food and liquids. We know how to prepare the paperwork to get your items on a plane and to their destination. Before giving up, let our experts check for you.
Can’t you ship by sea instead so it will be cheaper?
No viable sea freight option exists out of the Philippines. We checked. Philpost doesn’t recommend their own sea service because it takes 5 months and is not tracked. Other sea options have hefty port fees that drive the cost of small shipments up beyond what was originally quoted.
Is it cheaper to take the shipment with me on the plane (or give it to my Tito Boy)?
Airline baggage rules are getting tighter. International travel is stressful enough without you or Tito Boy having to make last minute decisions at the ticketing counter.

What if I don’t like The carriers you use?
Try them again with BOB. It’s different. We specialize in outbound from the Philippines to the world. We have spent years building our relationships with major carriers and learning the rules in every country outside of the Philippines. With BOB you will have your own shipping department.
